Lucknow | Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath commended the state police force for their dedication, discipline, and unwavering sense of duty even under the most challenging circumstances. Speaking at an event in Lucknow, the Chief Minister lauded the police for their vital role in controlling crime, maintaining law and order, and fostering social harmony across the state.
Highlighting their exemplary performance during the ongoing preparations for the Prayagraj Mahakumbh 2025, Adityanath praised the coordinated efforts of the Uttar Pradesh Police, Central Security Forces, and administrative officials. “In the grand Prayagraj Mahakumbh 2025 event, our police and security forces have demonstrated unprecedented dedication and discipline, setting excellent standards for security and order,” he said.
The Chief Minister also announced key financial measures to support police personnel. He stated that the state government has allocated ₹3.5 crore for the convenience of police personnel deployed across various districts and units, and an additional ₹8 crore for their welfare initiatives.
