CM Yogi Adityanath Highlights India’s Rising Strength, Lauds PM Modi’s Global Popularity

VARANASI | Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, addressing a public event in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, emphasized India’s growing stature on the global stage and its ability to safeguard its interests with determination. Referring to the recent Operation Sindoor, the Chief Minister remarked that the mission had showcased India’s capability to neutralize threats beyond its borders, sending a strong message to the world about the country’s enhanced defence posture.

“The new India has the strength to enter the enemy's home and eliminate threats. Operation Sindoor made the entire world recognize India's strategic prowess,” Yogi Adityanath said. He further praised Prime Minister Modi, calling him “the most popular leader in the world”, citing his leadership as instrumental in shaping India’s global image and fostering national pride.

Highlighting developmental achievements, the Chief Minister noted that Kashi (Varanasi) has received development projects worth ₹51,000 crore under PM Modi’s leadership. These projects span infrastructure, urban renewal, cultural preservation, and public welfare schemes aimed at transforming Varanasi into a modern yet culturally rooted city.

Yogi Adityanath also underlined the crucial role of farmers and differently-abled individuals in building a self-reliant India (Atmanirbhar Bharat). He mentioned that inclusive growth and empowerment of every section of society are central to the government’s development agenda.
