Kaithal, Haryana: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini launched a scathing attack on the Congress party amid the ongoing ruckus in Parliament, accusing it of lacking leadership, vision, and commitment to constructive politics. Speaking at an event, Saini also defended his party’s track record, emphasizing its alignment with the ideals of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar.

“Article 370 was brought by the Congress, and Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee strongly opposed it. You (Congress) have no right to say a word on Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar,” said Saini. He highlighted BJP-led initiatives, including the Ayushman Bharat scheme and the PM Awas Yojna, as examples of fulfilling Ambedkar’s vision for social welfare and equality.

“Our government gave Ayushman cards of Rs 5 lakh, fulfilling the dream of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. In our 10-year tenure, 4 crore houses were built under the PM Awas Yojna,” he added.

On the protests by opposition MPs in Parliament, Saini dismissed their concerns as baseless, asserting that the Congress was the real entity in crisis. “Congress does not have 'Neeti, Niyat or Neta' (policy, intent, or leader) to give them direction or take them forward. It is not the Constitution that is in danger, but the Congress party,” he remarked.
