Dehradun — Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday chaired a high-level review meeting to assess the progress of ongoing schemes under the Revenue and Irrigation Departments. The meeting, held in Dehradun, was attended by the Principal Secretary, Secretary of Irrigation, Secretary of Revenue, and several senior officials from the state administration.
A significant part of the discussion focused on the development status of two major infrastructure projects — the Song Dam and Jamrani Dam. These projects are critical for enhancing water storage, irrigation capacity, and flood control in the region, as well as ensuring drinking water supply to key urban and rural areas of the state.
