PATNA — Union Minister and Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) chief Chirag Paswan on Thursday lauded Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s active participation in the ongoing election campaign while taking a sharp dig at Mahagathbandhan leaders for their absence from the ground.
Addressing a rally in Patna ahead of the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025, Paswan said, “They should learn something from Bihar CM Nitish Kumar. He is campaigning. They should leave their AC rooms and go out to campaign.”
Questioning the visibility and commitment of opposition leaders, Paswan asked, “What are the leaders of Mahagathbandhan doing? No one is ready to come out of their rooms. They are commenting on the health of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, who is campaigning on the ground. Where is Rahul Gandhi?”
Paswan’s remarks come amid an intensifying political battle in Bihar, with parties ramping up their campaigns and exchanging sharp barbs over leadership, development, and electoral strategy.
