Patna: LJP(RV) chief and Union Minister Chirag Paswan on Friday credited his party’s organisational growth across Bihar for what he described as the NDA’s strong performance in the 2025 Assembly elections. Speaking to reporters, Paswan said the party’s sustained expansion over the past five years laid the groundwork for its rising influence.
“Party set up the organisation in all districts of Bihar and as a result, in 2025 elections, such a massive victory was registered by the NDA,” he said. According to Paswan, feedback from NDA MLAs indicates that candidates across the alliance benefited from an unusually high vote share this election cycle.
He emphasised that LJP(RV) has shown consistent upward momentum since the 2020 Assembly polls. “The reason behind this is that in these five years, the party further increased its vote share from the 2020 elections. This time, we contested on just 29 seats, but we touched 5% vote share. This reflects a constant growth of LJP(RV),” Paswan said.
