Raipur: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has expressed profound grief and outrage over the murder of journalist Mukesh Chandrakar in Bijapur. Taking to Twitter, the Chief Minister assured that the perpetrators of this heinous act would face strict action.
“The news of the murder of journalist Mukesh Chandrakar of Bijapur is extremely sad and heartbreaking,” Sai tweeted. “The culprit of this incident will not be spared under any circumstances. We have given instructions to arrest the criminals as soon as possible and give them the harshest punishment.”
The murder has sent shockwaves through the journalistic community, with demands for justice and enhanced protection for reporters working in sensitive and conflict-prone areas like Bijapur.
