By A Staff Reporter: BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla has voiced strong criticism of the Congress party's internal dynamics, suggesting that they aim to implement the "Gehlot-Pilot model" nationwide. He stated, "Everywhere, Congress is fighting Congress only. If they can't keep the party united, how will they run the state?" Poonawalla pointed to the ongoing conflict between Congress leaders Kumari Selja and Bhupinder Hooda as indicative of deeper issues within the party.
He also accused Congress of displaying an "anti-dalit face" by not declaring Kumari Selja as the chief ministerial candidate or granting her a ticket for the upcoming Haryana assembly elections. This, he claims, underscores Congress's contradictory stance on reservations, highlighting the party's struggle to present a unified front while addressing sensitive issues related to caste and representation. Poonawalla's remarks reflect the BJP's strategy to capitalize on the fractures within the opposition party as the political landscape intensifies ahead of the elections.
