Karnataka: BJP workers gathered in Hubli on Monday, holding a protest demanding the resignation of Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. The demonstration follows the Karnataka High Court’s rejection of the Chief Minister's plea, which challenged the Governor’s sanction for a probe into his alleged involvement in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) land scam.

Protesters voiced their dissatisfaction with Siddaramaiah’s continued tenure, accusing him of trying to evade the investigation. The protest gained momentum after the court's ruling, with BJP leaders asserting that the Chief Minister has no moral ground to continue in office.

The MUDA land scam has been a contentious issue, with the opposition calling for a thorough investigation into the alleged irregularities. CM Siddaramaiah has maintained that the allegations are politically motivated. However, with the court’s decision, pressure is mounting on the state leadership to take further action.
