Delhi: BJP MP Anil Baluni highlighted a critical issue facing the residents of Garhwal, Uttarakhand. He met with Environment Minister Bhupendra Yadav to discuss the construction delays of 206 roads in the Garhwal Lok Sabha constituency, which have been stalled due to the lack of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from the Forest Department.

Baluni shared that he recently requested a detailed list from the District Magistrate of roads that remain unbuilt due to these NOCs, emphasizing the significant geographical challenges of Garhwal. The lack of these roads has caused considerable inconvenience to the local population. The minister assured Baluni that the process would be expedited, promising to address the concerns of the people. Baluni expressed his deep gratitude for the minister’s commitment to solving the problem.
