In a sharp criticism of the BJP government's approach to Odia Asmita, BJD leader Lekhasri Samantsinghar voiced her concerns earlier today. She accused the ruling party of failing to uphold their promise of promoting Odia pride, culture, and heritage. "They came to power talking about Odia Asmita, but even the Deputy CMs and ministers struggle to read or write in Odia. What Odia Asmita are they referring to? This is nothing but an election gimmick," Samantsinghar stated, questioning their sincerity in working for Odia pride.
