Patna: Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha on Saturday stressed the importance of respecting the decisions of the Election Commission (EC), calling it an independent body whose directives must be accepted by all political parties.
Speaking to the media, Sinha criticized opposition leaders Tejashwi Yadav and Rahul Gandhi, referring to them as “Appu” and “Pappu.” He accused them of constantly projecting themselves for top political posts, while failing to effectively discharge their constitutional responsibilities.
Sinha further asserted that the public will choose leaders based on governance and development achievements. He highlighted that the electorate values leaders who have served the state diligently, uplifted its image, and instilled pride in Bihar, rather than those who focus solely on political ambitions.
