Bhubaneswar ADCP Updates on Assault Case Involving Army Officer

The incident occurred on the night of September 15, during a quarrel involving some students and the victims. "The students assaulted the victim, resulting in injuries," Dash explained.

Following the incident, a case has been registered, leading to the arrest of seven individuals who have since been forwarded to court. Authorities have recovered a video and an audio clip related to the incident, which are expected to aid in the ongoing investigation.
