Bengaluru, Karnataka: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Monday urged leading industrialists and business tycoons to invest in Punjab, highlighting the state’s skilled workforce, industrial potential, and investor-friendly policies.

Speaking at the two-day Invest Punjab meeting in Bengaluru, Mann said, “Last year too, we had gone across the country and met business tycoons and industrialists. They are mostly Punjab-based or have links with Punjab. We are meeting them one by one and inspiring them to invest in Punjab.”

He added that Punjab offers a combination of talent, hard work, and opportunities. “There is no dearth of talent in Punjab. We have the skills, and people of Punjab are hardworking. So, I hope that the two-day Invest Punjab meeting in Bengaluru will allow industrialists to come and invest in Punjab,” the Chief Minister said.

Promoting the state as a gateway for expansion into North India, Mann added, “If you want to expand your business in North India, Punjab is the best state. The Punjab government is also providing subsidies to support industries.”
