In a recent event in Khunti, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma lauded the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) success in the Lok Sabha elections, where the party secured nine seats in Jharkhand. Speaking at the 'Abhinandan Sabha,' CM Sarma highlighted the party's achievements and the unity among its leaders.

"We won nine seats in Jharkhand in the Lok Sabha elections," Sarma said. "When Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and I came here, we decided to hold 'Abhinandan Sabha' in every Lok Sabha seat where we have won. I am very satisfied that our program went very well, and this program will conclude tomorrow."

Addressing concerns about internal conflicts within the party, Sarma noted, "I have not seen any factionalism in Jharkhand. I will not say that there will be no tension between anyone in such a big party, but this time the state leaders have decided that forming the party's government here is the priority."
