New Delhi: Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi addressed recent developments concerning educational and skill development initiatives within the Indian Army. Speaking to the media, General Dwivedi emphasized the significant role played by Army Public Schools and Army Goodwill Schools in providing education and fostering skill development among students.

"Our Army Public Schools and Army Goodwill Schools are integral to our education system, and they are playing a crucial role in skill development. We are continually working on expanding these programs," General Dwivedi stated.

He also highlighted an important suggestion from the Chief Executive Councillor (CEC) of Ladakh regarding the need for improved connectivity among veterans. "The CEC from Ladakh proposed the creation of a website to connect all our veterans. We are actively working on this initiative to enhance communication and support within our veteran community," he added.

The planned website aims to facilitate better interaction among veterans, providing them with a platform for networking, accessing resources, and staying informed about various programs and opportunities.
