Madhubani: BJP MP Anurag Thakur on Wednesday described the ongoing Bihar Assembly elections as “one-sided,” asserting that the people of the state have already made up their minds in favour of the NDA led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

“I believe this is a one-sided election. The people of Bihar have made their choice clear for the leadership of Nitish Kumar and Narendra Modi, combined with the youthful energy of Chirag Paswan, the dedication and experience of Majhi Ji and Kushwaha Ji,” Thakur said while addressing reporters in Madhubani.

Drawing a mythological analogy, Thakur compared the NDA alliance to the “five Pandavas,” saying their unity and shared vision would triumph over the RJD-Congress alliance, which he likened to the “Kauravas.”

“This collective strength, like the five Pandavas, will defeat the RJD-Congress alliance (the Kauravas),” he said. “Because what does RJD-Congress rule mean? Riots, hooliganism, guns, and the return of ‘Jungle Raj’, something the people of Bihar no longer want.”
