Ambala, Haryana: Haryana Cabinet Minister Anil Vij on Friday welcomed the arrival of the Vande Bharat Express at Ambala Cantonment railway station, describing it as a proud moment for India’s transport sector. The minister commended the country’s leap in railway modernization, calling the Vande Bharat Express a reflection of India’s progress toward international standards of travel.

“Today, Vande Bharat has placed India on the platform of international railway standards. The trains offer passengers comfort, saving them time and ensuring they reach their destinations on time,” Vij said while addressing the gathering.

He further extended his congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, attributing the success of the Vande Bharat initiative to the government’s focus on innovation and efficiency in infrastructure. Vij noted that the train’s design, speed, and passenger amenities highlight India’s commitment to providing world-class facilities to commuters.
