DUBAI – During a high-profile visit to the United Arab Emirates, Shiv Sena MP Dr. Shrikant Shinde strongly condemned Pakistan for providing safe haven to terrorist organisations and emphasized India’s collective resolve to confront terrorism on the international stage.
Speaking in Dubai as part of an ongoing multi-nation diplomatic outreach, Shinde said, “I think it is now very important for the whole country to know the real face of Pakistan. It is sheltering terrorists... whether it is Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) or Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), their modus operandi is the same.”
Shinde, a member of the all-party Indian parliamentary delegation, highlighted that terrorism has become a global menace with no boundaries. “There is no country that has not suffered the brunt of terrorism. This is the message we are taking and telling the whole world – to fight against terrorism unitedly,” he stated.
The delegation’s efforts have reportedly received strong support from several nations. “UAE, Japan have appreciated our message,” Shinde confirmed, adding that despite political differences, Indian leaders are united on this critical issue. “We are from different parties – some from the opposition, some from the ruling party. But still, we are united. We are giving a message that in this situation, we are united to fight against terrorism.”
