Ghaziabad, UP: Former Congress leader Acharya Pramod Krishnam has openly blamed Rahul Gandhi for what he describes as the declining state of the Congress party. In a sharp critique following the Haryana election results, Krishnam said, "If there is anyone responsible for ruining Congress, it is Rahul Gandhi, not the party leaders or workers."

Krishnam accused Rahul Gandhi of surrounding himself with "servants" rather than strong leaders. "Congress used to have tall leaders, but today it is a party of servants. These servants insult big leaders of the party," he added. According to Krishnam, this circle of advisors has weakened the leadership and undermined the contributions of senior party figures.

For the past 15 years, Krishnam claimed, every major decision within Congress has been driven by Rahul Gandhi. He argued that this centralized decision-making process has stifled the party’s growth and appeal. "The time has come to review all those decisions," he stated.

In his closing remarks, Krishnam appealed to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, urging him to convene a meeting of the party's working committee to reassess the decisions made by Rahul Gandhi. He stressed that without a comprehensive review of the leadership and strategy, the party risks further setbacks in the future.
