Chandigarh: Haryana Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) President Sushil Gupta launched a scathing attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), accusing it of driving Haryana into chaos. Gupta highlighted AAP's successes in Delhi and Punjab, particularly in education and electricity, contrasting it with the BJP's governance in Haryana.

“We promised free electricity and world-class education, and we are delivering it in Delhi and Punjab,” Gupta said, underscoring AAP's commitment to improving basic services. He further criticized the BJP, calling it a "bundle of lies," and alleged that the state was now grappling with unemployment, corruption, crime, and addiction under BJP rule.

“The BJP has thrown Haryana into addiction and destroyed it with rising crime rates and rampant unemployment,” Gupta charged, painting a grim picture of the current situation in the state.

On the topic of 'One Nation, One Election,' Gupta dismissed it as an empty promise, equating it to past BJP promises of depositing Rs 15 lakhs into citizens’ accounts, creating 2 crore jobs, and enacting women's reservation. “It’s no different from their earlier false promises,” he added.

His remarks reflect the growing tension between AAP and BJP as both parties gear up for electoral battles, with AAP positioning itself as a strong contender by leveraging its achievements in other states.
