WB Minister Partha Bhowmick Addresses Land Grab Cases In Sandeshkhali

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a significant development, West Bengal Minister and TMC leader Partha Bhowmick Addressed the Land-grabbing cases in unrest-hit Sandeshkhali, North 24 Parganas on 24th February, Saturday.

After interacting with the locals, Partha Bhowmick stated that victims of land-grabbing are directed to submit an application concerning the same to the DM office, assuring that the issues will be resolved. Furthermore, Bhowmick claimed that the uprisings in Sandeshkhali are not against West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee but against local leaders who have been arrested.

A TMC Delegation with West Bengal ministers Partha Bhowmick and Sujit Bose reached violence-hit Sandeshkhali today. 

A village located in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, Sandeshkhali is witnessing significant clashes and violence following allegations of systematic sexual exploitations and land-grabbing committed by TMC leaders, Shahjahan Sheikh, Shibu Hazara and Uttam Sardar. While others have been arrested, Shahjahan Sheikh remains absconding.
