BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ahead of Karnataka assembly election, BJP's several heavyweights like Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Union Ministers Rajnath Singh and Nirmala Sitharaman will campaign for the BJP candidates in Karnataka on Wednesday. They are addressing public meetings in several parts of the state today. On corruption in Karnataka's Belagavi, BJP leader Rajnath Singh said, "Work is underway to curb corruption. Big leaders are going to jail. The opposition claims the investigation is deliberate. No matter how prominent, this government will investigate all corrupt leaders." Targeting the Congress, the Defence Minister said, "The Congress has insulted the Constitution of India by giving reservation on the basis of religion. In 1975, the constitution was arbitrarily amended and a state of emergency was imposed. In addition, millions of people were imprisoned. Whether it comes to power or not, the BJP can never commit such a sin. ''
