BY A STAFF REPORTER: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday announced that 'The Kerala Story' will be made tax-free. Adityanath's announcement came a day after the Mamata Banerjee-led West Bengal government banned the film, which is based on a group of women from Kerala. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, "'The Kerala Story' will be made tax-free in Uttar Pradesh. "Uttar Pradesh is the second Bharatiya Janata Party-ruled state after Madhya Pradesh to grant tax-free status to 'The Kerala Story'. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has already praised the film.
