BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a significant move, Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh announced that Samajwadi Chief Akhilesh Yadav will join Congress' Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh on 25th January, Sunday.
Furthermore, he will address a joint public address along with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Ramesh further asserted that the alliance is strong and both parties will help each other in the election.
This comes after both parties-Congress and SP announced seat-sharing in Uttar Pradesh for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Consequently, Congress will contest 17 seats while Rest 63 seats are for the candidates of INDIA Alliance.

Congress' Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra led by Rahul Gandhi is in its 43rd day and last day in Uttar Pradesh. The Yatra will be moving to Madhya Pradesh soon.
