Sexual Exploitations Allegations In Sandeshkhali Are Fake: Kunal Ghosh

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a recent statement, TMC General Secretary Kunal Ghosh on Saturday claimed that allegations of systematic sexual exploitations in Sandeshkhali are not true. Ghosh also confirmed that land-grabbing has been committed in Sandeshkhali.

Furthermore, Kunal Ghosh accused BJP and CPI(M) of imposing false allegations regarding sexual exploitations to malign the reputation of West Bengal. Ghosh further confirmed that issues of land-grabbing and non-payment are true. 

Moreover, Ghosh argued that WB BJP President Sukanta Majumdar must question his party for imposing section 144 in Delhi rather than focusing on the same in a localized area like Sandeshkhali.

Additionally, Ghosh clarified that not the TMC Delegation but two state ministers namely Partha Bhowmick and Sujit Bose visited unrest-hit Sandeshkhali today.

A village located in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, Sandeshkhali is witnessing significant clashes and violence following allegations of systematic sexual exploitations and land-grabbing committed by TMC leaders, Shahjahan Sheikh, Shibu Hazara, and Uttam Sardar. While others have been arrested, Shahjahan Sheikh remains absconding.
