Rouse Avenue Court Extends BRS MLC K Kavitha's Remand

BY A STAFF REPORTER: After remanding Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court extended BRS MLC K Kavitha's ED Remand till 26th March in the Excise Policy Money Laundering Case on March 23, Saturday. 

Moreover, K Kavitha asserted that carrying out political arrests as elections are nearby is wrong. She emphasized that the ECI must intervene and safeguard democracy in the country. 

Furthermore, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court Remanded Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal to ED Custody till March 28 in the Delhi Liquorgate case on March 22, Friday.   The decision came as ED demanded 10-day custody of Kejriwal and submitted 28 pages of evidence alleging his involvement in the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam. 

The Enforcement Directorate arrested Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal from his residence in connection with the Delhi Liquorgate case. He was arrested following search operations and Interrogations conducted by the ED at his residence on Thursday evening.
