PM Modi to Inaugurate Rs. 1,500 Crore Projects in J&K

By A Staff Reporter- In a significant development for Jammu and Kashmir's infrastructure and agricultural sectors, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate 84 developmental projects today in Srinagar. The projects, collectively valued at over Rs. 1,500 crores, aim to boost various sectors crucial for the region's growth. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha highlighted that alongside these initiatives, an additional Rs. 1,800 crores will be invested in enhancing Agriculture & Allied Sectors. Moreover, the event will mark a milestone with the distribution of appointment letters to over 2000 individuals recently recruited into government service roles. This comprehensive initiative underscores the government's commitment to bolstering infrastructure and employment opportunities in Jammu and Kashmir, fostering sustainable development across the region.
