The Rajya Sabha of Parliament solemnly observed a moment of silence in remembrance of the victims of the AI 182 'Kanishka' terrorist attack, which tragically occurred on June 23, 1985, claiming 329 lives.

MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal emphasized the unresolved justice for the victims and their families, stating, "Justice was never fully served to the victims and their families. Let’s vow zero tolerance towards terrorism and violent extremism."
