Pappu Yadav's Jan Adhikar Party (Loktantrik) Merges With Congress
Pappu Yadav was a RJD MP from Madhepur, Bihar. However, he was expelled from the party due to anti-party activities. Subsequently, he formed the Jan Adhikar Party (Loktantrik) in 2015.
BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a significant move, the chief of Jan Adhikari Party (Loktantrik) chief Pappu Yadav merged the party with the Indian National Congress in New Delhi on March 20, Wednesday.
While claiming that the party's ideology has always aligned with the Congress' ideology, Yadav praised veteran Congress leader Mohan Prakash. He further lauded Rahul Gandhi for heading the 4,000-long Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra under extreme temperatures and during the digital era.
