BY A STAFF REPORTER: Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Pralhad Joshi on Tuesday informed that most demands raised during the farmers' protest have been fulfilled by the government.

He also revealed that concerned ministers including Piyush Goyal, Arjun Munda, and Nityanand Rai are in talks with the farmers regarding remaining demands. Moreover, Joshi emphasized that the government is a proponent of farmers.

The authorities used tear gas shells to disperse the protesting farmers. Moreover, the farmers were en route to Delhi to participate in the large-scale farmers' protest, namely the 'Delhi Chalo March', predominantly asking for legal assurance of MSP (minimum selling price).
