MoS Rajkumar Ranjan Singh Hosts Lunch for Secretary-General of ASEAN

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a significant move, Minister of State for External Affairs Dr Rajkumar Ranjan Singh hosted a lunch meeting for Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN on 12th February, Monday in New Delhi. 

Moreover, Singh and Hourn held talks on ASEAN-India cooperation and relations. They further exchanged ideas on topics on the current regional and global affairs.

The Association of South East Asian Nations is a regional intergovernmental organization consisting of 10 Southeast Asian countries. Inaugurated in 1967, ASEAN aims to foster political and economic cooperation along with regional stability among its members.
