Modi Warns Opposition MPs Ahead of Interim Budget Session 2024

Ahead of the interim budget session, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday criticized unruly MPs for disrupting the previous parliamentary session. Moreover, he forewarned opposition MPs not to indulge in such destructive activities.

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ahead of the interim budget session, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday criticized unruly MPs for disrupting the previous parliamentary session. Moreover, he forewarned opposition MPs not to indulge in such destructive activities. 

While interacting with the media, Modi stated that MPs who did 'cheerharan' of democracy must introspect their actions in the coming days. He further emphasized that MPs who positively contribute to the session will be etched in the memory while those who hinder the session will be easily forgotten. He concluded his speech with 'Ram-Ram'

Modi further informed that the full budget will be presented once the new government is formed. The interim budget session for the financial year 2024-25 is scheduled for 1st February at 11:00 AM. The interim budget is being presented ahead of the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls in 2024.
