By A Staff Reporter: In Mumbai, Maharashtra state minister and BJP leader Chandrakant Patil addressed concerns regarding reservations for the Maratha community. "There is understandable dissatisfaction with the provision of reservation and other facilities to the Maratha community. A meeting was held to ascertain the reason for dissatisfaction," Patil stated.

Patil emphasized that the dissatisfaction stemmed from a lack of awareness about the facilities available. "We came to the conclusion that whatever facilities are being given, the information of the same should reach the last person," he said.

He highlighted the role of Sarathi, an organization dedicated to supporting educational initiatives for Maratha and Kunbi children. Sarathi aids in various educational endeavors, including foreign education scholarships, and preparation for UPSC and MPSC exams.
