J&K Waqf Board Chair Assures Eid Security, Peaceful Celebrations

By A Staff Reporter: Jammu - As Eid approaches, Dr. Darakhshan Andrabi, Chairperson of the Jammu & Kashmir Waqf Board, has assured the public of comprehensive security arrangements. "Our security forces are capable, and during Eid, there won't be any interruptions," said Dr. Andrabi, addressing concerns about safety during the festivities.

She emphasized the community's strong desire for peace and prosperity. "People over here want peace... we hope there will be prosperity during Eid, then only we can celebrate properly," Dr. Andrabi stated, reflecting the collective aspiration for a harmonious and joyful Eid celebration.
