BY A STAFF REPORTER: When is the monsoon entering the India? The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has finally announced today. IMD says, "The weather conditions in the country are changing. We expect the monsoon to reach Kerala around June 4. However, we do not expect the monsoon to arrive before June 1. This year, the monsoon is most likely to be normal. There is no possibility of a cyclone in the Arabian Sea next week. If the distribution of precipitation is almost the same everywhere, this would be an ideal situation. No problem. Northwest India will receive below normal rainfall so far.”
