BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a ceremonial event, the Indian Navy Chief Admiral R Hari Kumar Unveiled the Adani defense-produced Drishti 10 Staliner drones on 10th January Wednesday in Hyderabad.

This is the first indigenously manufactured long-endurance drone which is a highly advanced intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) platform. It holds a 36-hour endurance with a 450kg payload capacity. Furthermore, it is the sole all-weather platform capable of operating in restricted and unrestricted airspace. The unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is scheduled to fly from Hyderabad to Porbandar for its induction into naval sea operations. The admiral revealed that the Indian Navy has been operating UAVs for two decades but Drishti 10 will help the force to get these capabilities indigenously
