By A Staff Reporter- In a significant step towards water conservation, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated 44 recharge borewells in Gandhinagar. This follows the successful inauguration of 31 such borewells, marking progress in the state's ambitious 75 recharge borewell campaign under the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative.
The campaign aims to enhance groundwater recharge and ensure sustainable water resources for the state's future. Chief Minister Patel emphasized the importance of such projects in tackling water scarcity and supporting agricultural activities.
"The inauguration of these recharge borewells is a testament to our commitment to sustainable development and water conservation," Patel remarked.
