BY A STAFF REPORTER: As the 75th Republic Day parade commenced, the French Band and Marching contingent participated in the parade along with Indian contingents. French Air Force's Rafale also performed an air formation to commemorate the Indo-French relationship

The French Foreign Legion music band comprising 30 musicians led by Captain Khourda appeared following gallantry award winners. Thereafter, another French Contingent paraded led by Captain Noel. Moreover, they were wearing a white cap which is only for legionnaires. The best legionnaires in the first row were seen in a black cap.

The 75th Republic Day is scheduled for 26th January in Delhi's Kartavya path. Numerous contingents of the Indian forces will be featured along with vibrant tableaux of Indian states and Union Territories. Moreover, French President Emmanuel Macron is attending as the chief guest of the ceremony.
