Delhi: In a significant drug bust, the Special Cell of Delhi Police has recovered approximately 200 kg of cocaine from a closed shop in Ramesh Nagar. The estimated value of the seized drugs in the international market exceeds Rs 2,000 crore, marking one of the largest recoveries of cocaine in the city.

According to police officials, the cocaine was cleverly concealed in packets typically used for namkeen, highlighting the lengths to which traffickers go to disguise illegal substances. The operation reflects the ongoing efforts of the Delhi Police to combat drug trafficking and ensure public safety.

Authorities are now investigating the source and intended distribution network of the seized cocaine, with further details expected as the inquiry progresses. This seizure underscores the challenges law enforcement faces in tackling the drug trade within the capital.
