He accused the BJP of misusing the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Dutt emphasized, "The issue of Arvind Kejriwal's bail is sub judice. The real issue is the BJP misusing ED and CBI. Today, when a trial court gave a decision, it (ED) immediately rushed to the High Court." Dutt's remarks highlight the ongoing political tension and allegations of judicial manipulation in high-profile cases.
