AAP And Congress Announce Seat-Sharing

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a significant development, the Indian National Congress and Aam Aadmi Party announced Seat-Sharing for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections while addressing a joint press conference on 24th February, Saturday in New Delhi. 

Moreover, Congress General Secretary and MP Mukul Wasnik revealed that out of seven seats of the Delhi Lok Sabha, AAP will contest four seats namely New Delhi, West Delhi, South Delhi, and East Delhi. Congress will contest on three seats namely Chandni Chowk, North East, and North West.

In the 10 seats of Haryana, AAP will contest on the Kurukshetra seat while the remaining nine seats will be for Congress. In Gujarat's 26 seats, Congress will contest 24 seats and the remaining two will be for AAP. In Goa, Congress will contest on both Lok Sabha Seats. In Chandigarh, Congress will contest the Lone seat. 

AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj on Friday asserted that BJP had threatened the AAP, warning them against joining the INDIA Alliance, or else Delhi CM and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal might face arrest.
