Raipur: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai expressed deep sorrow over a tragic road accident in Kharora that left 13 people dead and 14 others injured. The Chief Minister extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and prayed for the swift recovery of the injured. The incident has sent shockwaves across the state, prompting immediate action from the administration.
In response to the tragedy, the Chief Minister's Office announced financial assistance of ₹5 lakh each to the families of the deceased and ₹50,000 for each of the injured. The assistance is aimed at providing immediate relief and support to those affected by the devastating accident.
“CM Vishnu Deo Sai expressed condolences to the departed souls and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured. An assistance of ₹5 lakh each for the families of the deceased and ₹50,000 each for the injured was approved,” the Chhattisgarh CMO said in an official statement.
