Budaun Murder Accused Javed Arrested in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

A resident of the Budaun district, Javed reportedly surrendered to the police last night. Moreover, he bolted away to Delhi shortly after the incident. He also revealed that he received several phone calls regarding what his brother did.

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a significant move, cops nabbed another accused in the Budaun double murder case, Javed from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh on March 20, Thursday.

A resident of the Budaun district, Javed reportedly surrendered to the police last night. Moreover, he bolted away to Delhi shortly after the incident. He also revealed that he received several phone calls regarding what his brother did. 

Furthermore, the SSP of Budaun informed presspersons that five teams have been constituted to arrest the absconding accused. Moreover, the police announced a reward of Rs. 25,000 for the fugitive accused. 

On SSP's request, the city magistrate (Senior PCS officer) has been appointed to conduct an inquiry into the case and submit his report in the next 15 days. 

Moreover, the accused, Sajid was killed in a retaliatory firing with cops shortly after the tragedy. Sajid, a local barber, killed two children with an axe and severely injured another in Baba Colony, under Mandi Samiti Police Station. 

Sajid allegedly entered the victim's residence and brutally murdered two minor brothers with a sharp weapon. He further injured another brother who was rushed to the hospital and survived the injuries. Subsequently, Sajid bolted and hid in a forest. However, the cops tracked him and engaged in retaliatory firing which killed Sajid.
