BY A STAFF REPORTER: Mahua Moitra has been summoned by the ED for the second time. 

ED has summoned Moitra and Darshan Hiranandani in connection with the FEMA violation case. 

Both have been asked to appear before the ED tomorrow. A Kolkata based advocate has also been summoned.
