By A Staff Reporter: The BJP celebrated a resounding triumph in Arunachal Pradesh as the party secured a significant majority in the recent elections. Expressing gratitude to the voters for their overwhelming support, BJP leader Tarun Chugh conveyed the party's appreciation for the trust placed in them by the people of the state.
During a BJP Legislature Party meeting, Pema Khandu, a prominent leader within the party, was chosen as the leader decisively and unanimously. The party leadership further formalized their claim to form the government by meeting with the Lieutenant Governor. Following this meeting, the Governor extended an invitation to Pema Khandu and his team to be sworn in as the new government.
The official swearing-in ceremony for Pema Khandu and his appointed ministers is scheduled to take place tomorrow, marking the commencement of a new chapter in Arunachal Pradesh's governance under the BJP's leadership.
