Following the collapse of 9 bridges, the Bihar government has suspended 11 engineers and directed Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam Ltd to provide budget estimates for the quick construction of new bridges, to be built at the cost of the working contractor.

In the wake of the recent collapse of 9 bridges in Bihar, the state government has taken swift action by suspending 11 engineers. The Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam Ltd has been instructed to promptly provide budget estimates for the rapid construction of new bridges to replace the damaged ones.

The Bihar government emphasized that these new bridges will be built at the risk and cost of the working contractor.
