The swearing-in ceremony of the new government of Karnataka will finally be held on May 20. Senior Congress leader Siddaramaiah will be sworn in as the new chief minister of the state and DK Shivakumar will take oath as deputy chief minister.

BY A STAFF REPORTER: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will not attend the swearing-in ceremony of Karnataka's nominated Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar. TMC MP Derek O Brian tweeted that, 'TMC MP Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar will be present at the swearing-in ceremony.' The swearing-in ceremony of the new government of Karnataka will finally be held on May 20. Senior Congress leader Siddaramaiah will be sworn in as the new chief minister of the state and DK Shivakumar will take oath as deputy chief minister.
