BY A STAFF REPORTER: Former member of parliament, Ashok Tanwar on Thursday resigned from the post of party's Election campaign committee chairman.
Moreover, he cited the 'current political scenario and AAP's alignment towards the Indian National Congress' as the reason for his resignation. The letter was addressed to Delhi's Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, who is also the national convener of the Aam Aadmi Party.
Ashok Tanwar joined the Aam Aadmi Party in 2022. He has served as the president of the Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee. Furthermore, he was the youngest to become the president of the Indian National Congress.
