BY A STAFF REPORTER: The Aam Aadmi Party workers are set to stage protests against the arrest of Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal on March 22, Thursday.
Moreover, the AAP leaders demanded a midnight hearing of the arrest in the Supreme Court. Furthermore, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal will soon be shifted to the ED Headquarters. He will produced in the PMLA court tomorrow. It is yet to be ascertained if he will be produced physically or virtually.
Furthermore, Delhi Minister Atishi informed presspersons that Arvind Kejriwal will run the office during his custody.
The Enforcement Directorate arrested Delhi CM and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal from his residence in connection with the Delhi Liquorgate case. He was arrested following search operations and Interrogations conducted by the ED at his residence on Thursday evening.
Arvind Kejriwal is the second sitting CM arrested by the ED in the last two months. Earlier, Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren was arrested on 31st January by the ED in connection with the Land Scam and Mining Scam cases.
